Accessibility Statement
Attorney-review draft · Not approved for publication
Wellness Beyond Borders is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our accessibility goal
• We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
• Our ongoing accessibility work includes attention to:
• keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
• meaningful page structure, headings, labels, and link text;
• compatibility with commonly used screen readers and modern browsers;
• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• color contrast, readable typography, and content that remains usable when enlarged;
• forms with clear instructions, labels, validation, and error messages; and
• motion and animation controls that respect supported reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We review the website as content, technology, and recognized standards evolve. Before launch, the site will be evaluated using automated checks and manual keyboard testing. Screen-reader testing and remediation will be included in the launch-quality review.
Some third-party services or content may be outside our direct control. We will work with our providers to identify accessible alternatives when practical.
Feedback and assistance
• If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need assistance using the website, or would like information in another format, please contact us:
• Email: [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT EMAIL]
• Telephone: [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT TELEPHONE, IF OFFERED]
• Please tell us the page or feature involved, the nature of the difficulty, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days.
Assessment approach
The website is assessed through a combination of developer review, automated accessibility testing, manual keyboard evaluation, responsive-device testing, and assistive-technology testing appropriate to the site’s features.
Statement maintenance
This statement will be reviewed when material website changes are made and at least annually.
